Meet the Team
Andy and Emma
Andy and Emma moved to Liverpool in 2011 and have since been part of Jubilee Church Liverpool. Andy is Jubilee's lead elder, having recently taken over from Graham who founded the church. Andy works for the NHS and Emma works for the "children's team" in a Liverpool based charity. At church, they serve in kids work, visuals, welcome team and lead various midweek groups. They have two teenage children, two rabbits and a dog. Emma's homemade cheesecake is famous at Jubilee!
Mark and Mary
Mark and Mary first met at Liverpool University, and returned to the city to help found Jubilee Church Liverpool in 1999. They have been married since 1993 and have two sons. Mark is a nuclear safety inspector and an elder of the church; Mary is a musician who plays regularly with our church band and also teaches in our children's groups. Both love playing board games - especially Settlers of Catan and Terraforming Mars!
Rohan and Steph
Steph and Rohan moved to Liverpool to study and met each other in 2003. They have since been part of Jubilee Church Liverpool and got married in 2008. They have a passion to see miraculous healing and lives supernaturally transformed and restored by the power of Jesus. Together they oversee home groups, discipleship and the healing meetings. Rohan is an elder and Jubilee and Steph is involved in the worship team and is safeguarding lead. They have a son Daniel. Steph and Rohan are both doctors, they enjoy good food, holidays and spending time with family and friends.
Jonny and Danielle
Jonny and Danielle both moved to Liverpool in 2013, where they met at university. They got married in 2017 and they have a daughter called Willow. Jonny is the latest addition to the eldership team and serves on the worship band at Jubilee. Danielle has a passion for outreach and is involved in several of our local community projects. They own a pet tortoise called Pegasus, and in their spare time enjoy hiking and a game of Bohnanza.
Graham and Charlotte
Graham and Charlotte moved to plant Jubilee Church Liverpool in 1999. Graham has a heart to reach the lost and broken, and Charlotte has a passion to encourage other women to be released into their gifting. Both are regular preachers at Jubilee and lead various midweek groups. They also help lead the regional team for ChristCentral, and make regular visits to strengthen and encourage other churches. Graham is a tennis player and is now training to be a coach. Charlotte loves theatre and recently joined Liverpool comedy improv. They have two adult children and one grandchild.
Our Staff
Jonny Catt
Operations Manager
Jonny joined staff in February of 2022 working 1 day a week. He is our operations manager and also oversees worship at Jubilee. Jonny is married to Lucy and works as a self-employed music teacher in primary schools. Born in Liverpool, Jonny is a fan of football and likes to go on walks with his boxer dog.
Iona Irvine
Youth Work and Outreach
Iona joined staff in August 2023, focussing mainly on youth and some of our outreach work. Iona moved from Bristol to study at Liverpool Hope Uni a few years ago. She loves travelling, hiking and learning from different cultures (especially if food is involved).
Hannah Matthews
Students and Admin
Hannah came to Liverpool as a student in 2019, then joined Jubilee in 2022 after a year living in France. In 2023, she joined staff as our student worker and also helps with various admin tasks, including helping to plan our church weekend away. Hannah enjoys playing board games and reading, she is also part of a local women’s bouldering club.
Andy Coulthard
Food Bank Manager
Andy joined Jubilee in 2008 and has been on staff since May 2022. He coordinates our Food Bank which happens every Saturday morning at our building.
He enjoys DIY and is the person to go to if something needs fixing! He is also into home brewing and has an allotment.
